Create your AI agent

On your first login, Setty, the WhatSetter creation assistant, guides you through building your agent in a few minutes. No need to write a prompt yourself: you answer simple questions, and the agent writes itself.

What Setty asks you

1. Your business: give your website and Setty pre-fills the context (offer, tone, audience). You can edit everything.
2. The agent’s goal: qualify leads, book meetings, answer questions, or a mix of all three.
3. The personality: your agent’s first name, its style (casual or formal, direct or warm), and its reply language.
4. The first message: the one that starts every conversation. You can personalize it with variables ({{name}}, your own business fields…).

When you’re done, your agent is ready as a draft: you can test it in the Playground before it talks to a single real contact.

Test before you launch

Open your campaign → Playground. You chat with your agent as if you were a prospect: it’s the exact same engine as production, but no real messages are sent. Tweak the prompt until the tone feels right.

Advice

Test at least one objection (“too expensive”, “no time”) and one meeting request. Those are the two moments that matter most.
