Automatic follow-ups

A lead who doesn’t reply isn’t a lost lead. Automatic follow-ups send spaced-out reminder messages, written in your agent’s tone.

How it works

1. In your campaign → Follow-ups, enable the sequence.
2. Each step has its delay (e.g. D+1, D+3, D+7) and its message, generated in your agent’s style, editable word by word.
3. As soon as the lead replies, the sequence stops dead: the conversation takes over, not a robot following its script.

The guardrails

• Follow-ups respect the same daily quotas as everything else (anti-ban). They never pile up into bursts.
• An unsubscribed lead is never followed up.
• The sequence timeline shows each bubble as it will appear on WhatsApp, with its delay.

2 to 3 follow-ups are enough

Beyond that, reply rates collapse and the reporting risk climbs. The best follow-up brings something new (an insight, a resource), not just “did you see my message?”.
