Your agent's prompt
The prompt is your agent’s personality and mission. The WhatSetter editor splits it into clear sections so you never have to manage one big block of text.
Sections
Section titled “Sections”Each section has a precise role: company context, agent goal, qualification flow, objection handling, reply style… You edit each section independently; the agent recomposes the whole.
Variables
Section titled “Variables”You can insert variables in the prompt and the first message:
{{name}}: the contact’s first name (from your list)- your custom variables: any column from your CSV import
(
{{city}},{{offer}}, …)
Every message is personalized lead by lead, automatically.
Your agent’s style
Section titled “Your agent’s style”The My Style panel defines the voice: formal or casual, reply length, emojis or not, signature. Two rules are always enforced so the agent stays natural:
- no hollow validation (“Great!” with nothing behind it): a lead showing interest always triggers a question that moves things forward;
- short messages, split like real WhatsApp messages, never a wall of text.
Output language
Section titled “Output language”Your agent replies in the language you choose (French, English, Spanish…), independently of the dashboard language.
Versions and publishing
Section titled “Versions and publishing”Every change creates a new version: you can test in the Playground before publishing, and roll back anytime. Publishing is atomic: there is always exactly one active version.
