Blocklist

Numbers and dial prefixes the AI agent must never answer (spam, out of market). Messages from a blocked contact still land in the inbox; the agent simply stays silent and never follows up. Same rules as the dashboard (WhatsApp → Links & integrations → Blocked numbers).
