Conversations

The Conversations tab is your inbox: every exchange from your agents, sorted by most recent activity, in a familiar WhatsApp-style interface.

What you see

• Each lead’s full conversation with your agent: inbound and outbound messages, timestamped.
• The lead’s status (new, in progress, qualified, not qualified…) updated live by the agent.
• The variant chip (A/B) when the campaign uses variants.
• A campaign filter to see only what you care about.

Taking over

At any moment, you can write in a conversation yourself from the dashboard. Your message goes out from the same WhatsApp number as the agent. The lead sees no difference.

The agent knows when to step aside

When a human steps in, the agent doesn’t bulldoze your discussion: you stay in control as long as you’re participating.

Where messages come from

Every outbound message keeps its source: written by the AI agent, by a human from the dashboard, or sent through the API. Handy for auditing who said what.
