Leads & lists
Lists: the entry point for contacts
Section titled “Lists: the entry point for contacts”A list is a batch of contacts meant for a campaign. You fill it by CSV import (or through the API): first name, international phone, and as many custom columns as you want. They become variables you can use in your messages.
At import time, WhatSetter protects your numbers:
- automatic deduplication (inside the file AND against existing data);
- a contact already present in another campaign is not cold-contacted again;
- invalid numbers are discarded before sending.
Leads: your mini-CRM
Section titled “Leads: your mini-CRM”The Leads tab shows every contact with its conversation status:
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| New | Imported, not contacted yet |
| In progress | The conversation is underway |
| Qualified | The agent validated interest (your prompt’s criteria) |
| Not qualified | Wrong fit, or explicit refusal |
| Cold | No reply for a while |
| Unsubscribed | Asked to stop, never contacted again |
You can add tags to your leads, filter by status or campaign, and open the full conversation in one click.
